Villa Hana’s Suggestion Menu is extensive, covering everything from poolside snacks and light lunches to gourmet, buffet and barbecue dinners featuring local and international favourites. Snapper ceviche; sweetcorn and lime-leaf soup with prawn dumplings; pan-fried tuna with brie-cheese mashed potato; basilica capsicum eggplant with orange ginger sauce; jackfruit and coconut panacotta with mango coulis – such dishes are testimony to the chef’s creative flair. He is also happy to tailor meals to accommodate any special dietary requirements.
To give staff time to shop, it’s a good idea to plan meals a day in advance. Groceries and beverages are charged at cost price plus 20% handling fee which is subject to service charge and government tax. The staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference, with bills settled at the end of your vacation.
